Limited budgets, combined with a persistent and ongoing shortage of skilled and experienced architects, as well as numerous competing organizational priorities, can significantly hinder the successful and effective implementation of Enterprise Architecture initiatives. These challenges often create substantial barriers that slow down progress, complicate decision-making processes, and ultimately diminish the overall impact and effectiveness of the architecture efforts within the organization. Moreover, the scarcity of qualified professionals exacerbates difficulties in maintaining consistent quality and momentum, while budget constraints limit the ability to invest in necessary tools, training, and resources. Together, these factors create a complex environment that requires careful navigation to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes in Enterprise Architecture projects.
